Visit the front desk and our team will add breakfast to your stay for just \u00a316 for an adult or \u00a37.50 for a child. Alternatively, for walk-ins to our restaurant you are able to secure breakfast for \u00a320.<\/p><p><strong>Check-In and Check-Out<br \/><\/strong>Check-out time is 11am. If you need any assistance, please contact our reception team. They will be happy to assist you. Additional charges may apply for guests who are departing late. For an express checkout, simply drop your key card at the express checkout box at the reception. Check-in time is 3pm.<\/p><p><strong>Dry Cleaning<br \/><\/strong>A same day dry cleaning and laundry service is available Monday to Friday. All items received by 08:30 hours will be returned on the same day. A laundry bag can be found in your wardrobe. Please complete the laundry form, which can be found in the wardrobe and contact reception to arrange collection.<\/p><p><strong>Emergency<br \/><\/strong>The local emergency number is 999 \u2013 please call if you need emergency medical, fire or police services.<\/p><p><strong>Environmental Programmes<br \/><\/strong>If you are staying multiple nights, please note that your room will not be cleaned unless requested, otherwise we will follow our cleaning protocols, to ensure minimal impact to the environment.<\/p><p>We are happy to provide extra towels and toiletries upon request. Additionally, full-service cleaning of your room may be requested by contacting our reception team. They will be happy to assist you. Please place your request by 11.00am.<\/p><p><strong>Guests with Additional Needs<br \/><\/strong>In case of emergency, your safety is our first concern. Please inform our reception team upon check-in if there is a guest with additional needs in the room.<\/p><p>AWARENESS<strong><br \/><\/strong>Please make yourself aware of your surroundings so, in the event of an alarm or fire, you are prepared to deal with the situation. Familiarise yourself with the nearest fire exit to your room and fire stairwells to street level.<\/p><p>DISABILITIES<strong><br \/><\/strong>We try to indicate all persons with disabilities on our guest register. If you are confined to a wheelchair or have a hearing or sight impairment, we ask you advise us when you check-in so we are aware of your location.<\/p><p>In the event of an actual fire, evacuation procedures may be conducted by the Fire Chief or our own staff. Generally, the rooms located closest to the fire are evacuated first and then the floors below and above depending on the situation.<\/p><p><strong>Fitness Centre<br \/><\/strong>When you visit the Signature Spa &amp; Leisure Centre, you can look forward to a friendly and personalised service. We kindly ask you to refrain from smoking in the bedrooms or public areas. If you are caught smoking in your room a fine of \u00a3100 will be applied to your bill to cover the cost of fumigating and servicing the room after departure.<\/p><p><strong>Parking<br \/><\/strong>Car parking is located at the front of the hotel.<\/p><p>Our car park is charged at \u00a310 per 24 hours for our guests, this is payable at the reception, or alternatively at the machine opposite to reception. We cannot reserve any car parking spaces, however there is plenty of spaces for our guests.<\/p><p>You will be required to provide your car registration upon check in and the barrier will automatically open and recognize your vehicle for the duration of your stay with us. Please ensure that your vehicle is locked and remove all valuables from sight.
