ATM Machine
Need cash? An ATM Machine is located on High Street, which is roughly a 10-minutes’ walk away from our hotel.

Airport
Manchester Airport is 41 miles away from the hotel and roughly a 90-minute drive away.

Check-In and Check-Out
Check-out time is 11am. If you need any assistance, please contact our reception team by pressing the ‘Room Service’ button from your in-room telephone. They will be happy to assist you. Additional charges may apply for guests who are departing late. For an express checkout, simply drop your key card at the express checkout box at the reception. Check-in time is 3pm.

Dry Cleaning
A same day dry cleaning and laundry service is available Monday to Friday. All items received by 08:30 hours will be returned on the same day. A laundry bag can be found in your wardrobe. Please complete the laundry form, which can be found in the wardrobe and contact reception to arrange collection.

Emergency
The local emergency number is 999 – please call if you need emergency medical, fire or police services.

Environmental Programmes
If you are staying multiple nights, please note that your room will not be cleaned unless requested, otherwise we will follow our cleaning protocols, to ensure minimal impact to the environment.

We are happy to provide extra towels and toiletries upon request. Additionally, full-service cleaning of your room may be requested by contacting our reception team. They will be happy to assist you. Please place your request by 11.00am.

Guests with Additional Needs
In case of emergency, your safety is our first concern. Please inform our reception team upon check-in if there is a guest with additional needs in the room.

AWARENESS
Please make yourself aware of your surroundings so, in the event of an alarm or fire, you are prepared to deal with the situation. Familiarise yourself with the nearest fire exit to your room and fire stairwells to street level.

DISABILITIES
We try to indicate all persons with disabilities on our guest register. If you are confined to a wheelchair or have a hearing or sight impairment, we ask you advise us when you check-in so we are aware of your location.

In the event of an actual fire, evacuation procedures may be conducted by the Fire Chief or our own staff. Generally, the rooms located closest to the fire are evacuated first and then the floors below and above depending on the situation.

Fitness Centre
When you visit the Signature Spa & Leisure Centre, you can look forward to a friendly and personalised service. The club offers a fitness room, exercise classes, sauna, steam room and heated swimming pool. All facilities are complimentary when staying as a guest at the hotel.

Last entry to club is 1 hour before close time.
Wet side facilities close 30 minutes prior to club closure.

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the fitness room.
Children under the age of 16 using the pool must be supervised and accompanied by an adult at all times.

Heating & Air Conditioning
You can use your individual heating control in your bedroom for your comfort. Air-conditioning is only available in selected, upgraded rooms.

Housekeeping
Please contact our reception team for any housekeeping requests.

Loss/Damage
The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to any possessions or properties belonging to any person while staying as a guest or patron. If you find that you have misplaced or lost any items during your stay with us, please contact our reception team.

Manager
A manager is always available to assist you. Should you wish to speak to the manager on duty, please contact the reception team.

Medical
If you require medical assistance, please contact our reception team who will be happy to assist you.

Non-Smoking
We operate a 100% NO SMOKING or VAPING policy inside the hotel premises. We kindly ask you to refrain from smoking in the bedrooms or public areas. If you are caught smoking in your room a fine of £100 will be applied to your bill to cover the cost of fumigating and servicing the room after departure.

Parking
Car parking is located at the front of the hotel.

Our car park is charged at £8 per 24 hours for our guests, this is payable at the reception, or alternatively at the machine opposite to reception. We cannot reserve any car parking spaces, however there is plenty of spaces for our guests.

You will be required to provide your car registration upon check in and the barrier will automatically open and recognize your vehicle for the duration of your stay with us. Please ensure that your vehicle is locked and remove all valuables from sight. The hotel does not accept any responsibility for damage or theft to your vehicle.

In the premises of the hotel parking unfortunately we do not facilitate electric car charging points.  The closest one to our hotel would be the following:

  • EV Charging Station – Distance from Hotel – 0.9 miles
  • Cricket Inn Road, Sheffield Parkway, Sheffield S2 5AU – 1.2 miles

Pets
Pet-friendly rates begin at £15 per pet, per night. Maximum 2 pets per room. 50lbs limit.

For room reservations, please visit our website at Sandman Signature Sheffield Quays Hotel. Or see the reception team who will be happy to assist you in making a reservation. Valid credit card or advance deposit required to guarantee room reservations.

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policies and fees vary depending on the booking made.

Extra Person Charge: £20 per person from 3rd guest.

Extra beds/cots/cribs/playpens: Available at our hotel on request. Extra beds are not available.

Our reception team is available 24 hours a day. The reception is open from 7am to 11pm, with Night Porter service 11pm to 7am. If you require any help with your luggage, luggage storage (for up to 6 hours but not overnight), laundry, taxis, early morning call, express check out or a medical emergency please contact reception. We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa and Amex. We also have a fax machine for use at a charge.
