Airport
Newcastle International Airport is 6.5miles away from the hotel and roughly a 15-minute drive away.

Check-Out
Check-out time is 11am. If you need any assistance, please contact our front desk team (dial 0) who will be happy to assist you. Additional charges may apply for guests who are departing late. For an express checkout, simply drop your key card at the express checkout box at the front desk. Check-in time is from 3pm.

Dry Cleaning
Dry cleaning services are provided by a reputable, independent company with same day delivery. Available Monday to Friday – except holidays. Bring the items to the front desk team before 8am for same day return. We act only as an agent and accept no responsibility for lost or damaged goods.

Environmental Programmes
If reusing your towels, please hang them up. Should you require fresh ones, please place them in the bathtub and we will provide a fresh supply.

Guests with Special Needs
In case of emergency, your safety is our first concern. Please inform the front desk team (dial 0) upon check-in if there is a guest with a disability in the room.

Fitness Centre
Our fitness centre is located on the top floor. Towels and change rooms are available. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No food or beverages allowed.

Hours: open 6:00am – 11:00pm daily.

You can use your individual heating control in your bedroom for your comfort.

Housekeeping
If you are staying multiple nights, please note that your room will not be entered or cleaned unless requested. We continue to follow our cleaning protocols, including providing guests with extra in-room privacy and space. We are happy to provide extra towels and toiletries, etc. upon request. Additionally, full-service cleaning of your room may be requested by dialling “0”. Please place your request by 11.00am.

Loss/Damage
The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to any possessions or properties belonging to any person while staying as a guest or patron. If you find that you have misplaced or lost any items during your stay with us, please contact our front desk team (dial 0).

A manager is always available to assist you. Should you wish to speak to the manager on duty, please contact the front desk team (dial 0).

Guests that have booked with us direct will receive a discount on their parking ticket of £13 per 24 hours.

Once guests have entered the car park through the barrier, they will receive a ticket which they must keep with them until departure of the hotel. Upon departure, one of our lovely team members will validate your ticket and apply the relevant discount.

*Please note that any payments made directly at the car park upon arrival can only be made via card, cash is not accepted.

For luggage, taxi and coach drop-offs, please use our rear entrance located on: Heber Street, NE4 5TN.
